  Monthly Billing Statement Message
Board Meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 6:30pm at the Clubhouse. POOL VANDALISM IS AT AN ALL-TIME HIGH! This is costing YOU money. Contact the Sheriff's Department at 949-770-6011 (or 911) for ANY suspicious activity at the pool. Any person caught damaging any portion of the Association's common areas will be prosecuted.

Tree Trimming

DO NOT TRIM OR CUT DOWN THE COMMON AREA TREES

Trees that are not on your property are not yours they belong to the Association If a tree is cut down or trimmed you will be billed for a replacement tree.
